We have a list of Vendors that can provide Lock Service, Card Swipe Access, CCTV and Intrusion Alarm Service. We are capable of introducing your facility to tracking software that will keep you up to date on your equipment current conditions along with notification services when there is a failure.

Like our Consulting Services, we provide inspection and repair services for Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Handlers, PIU/VAV boxes, Emergency Generators, UPS Systems, Elevators, Fire Alarm/ Sprinkler, Back Flows, Domestic Water Pumps, Boilers, 5yr Switchgear Inspections, Fire Pumps, Lighting and Plumbing. We utilize Maintenance tracking software like Maximo & Hansen to keep your services working. We subcontracted services to Old Castle Inc. setting CEV's & Hefty Huts for fiber loop installation throughout the Southeast and North. Those areas included Quebec, Montreal, Windsor Ontario Canada, New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Louisiana, North & South Carolina, Florida and Georgia.

We have expertise in Electrical Services on Three phase 120/208/220 and Three Phase 277 / 480 volt services for commercial and residential applications. Installation of switches, disconnects, controls, which supply lighting fixtures, appliances, electrical circuits, controls for heating and air conditioning equipment, installation of conductors, including flexible cords, cables, splices, taps, terminations, bonding jumpers, over-current protective devices, metering devices in cabinets, panel-boards, switchboards, boxes and conduit, which meet all NEC Codes as to sizing ampacity, voltage, etc. Bonding of interior metal piping systems, installation of properly sized equipment grounding conductors, grounding of exposed non-current carrying metal parts of electrical equipment, and protection of grounding conductors from physical damage. We have subcontracted electrical services to Georgia Tech & Ga State Universities, Logical Choice Technologies, Clearwire, Mitrixx, Inc. and WSD Engineering, Inc. We worked as subcontractors on T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint Cellular sites installing cabinets, adding cell extenders, generators and DC rectifiers.
